Questions
Before you reach out.
What happens on the free consultation?
A relaxed 15-minute call. You share a little about what's going on, ask us anything, and we'll suggest the therapist who fits best. No commitment.
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
For most concerns, research shows similar results. Many clients mix both, depending on the week.
How long will I need therapy?
Some people come for 8–12 sessions with a clear goal; others stay longer. We'll check in on progress together every few weeks.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with narrow legal exceptions we'll explain on day one.
Do you prescribe medication?
We don't, but we work closely with local psychiatric providers and can coordinate care if it helps.
